TESTIMONIAL

Mann Up Athletics has been an amazing experience so far and I've grown as a student athlete both physically and mentally. Coach Mo preaches operation free education and this has inspired me to continue to compete in the classroom and on the field. Since joining Mann Up Athletics I've become faster, stronger, and over all a better athlete. Thanks to this program there's nothing I can't accomplish on or off the field. For me one of the best parts is our work out environment because we're all there to be the best athletes we can be and when I'm surrounded by all of these other athletes we're there to help each other get better and push ourselves.

This is a critical phase in what is learn and not learned for athletes which may have an effect on the level of play that is achieved later.

Learn to train participants will take the next step toward mastering athleticism by participating in an upgraded training regimen, which is age appropriate for their abilities. Players will learn to begin to transfer skills and training concepts for training to practice and later games.

TESTIMONIAL

Recently, I have changed over from a right-handed hitter to a lefty-slapper and that requires speed. Since I have started working with Coach Mo, he has really emphasized on my overall quickness and straight-line speed. I believe it has really started paying off, I am now beating out bunts on a consistent basis! I really believe that over time and with Coach Mo’s guidance, I will continue to become a “Next Level” athlete! “Get BETTER or Get BEAT!”.
